Chocollect This was a Mars snack brand collaboration. We were first approached to come on board as the digital production team working with the brand teams and the creative agency. The online promotion was to run alongside an on-pack promotion which would drive traffic to the website for 30 weeks. We liaised with the team and came up with the idea of allowing consumers to personally brand their website page - i.e. their choice of favourite chocolate bar. It was within the page that they could redeem their points from the chocolate bars. The microsite was linked in with an SMS and email campaign managed by us to keep up contact with the consumer throughout the campaign. The campaign was very successful with over 250,000 respondents, of which 41 % set up their Chocollect account banking credits online to save them for a bigger prize! Invaluable data was collected regarding genre, age, chocolate bar preference and snacking habits. Responses increased predominantly in the pre-school/work and mid-morning periods. |
