Pedigree - It's A Dog Thing We were brought on board to help increase awareness of the It's a Dog Thing branding which was all about inviting consumers to interact with the brand in a more emotive way. We created the single sign up Pedigree profile which allowed consumers to manage their personal details, dog information and their level of communication with the brand. The strategy involved consumer interactivity on the website as well as an aggressive eCRM campaign involving a Launch email, a monthly Campaign newsletter, Christmas eCards and regular system responses. The emails achieved over 50% open rates and over 50% click through rates. This resulted in traffic to the site tripling and 35% of the daily visitors were returning community members.
